Continuing Practice Friday Nights

If you're interested in continuing or refreshing your practice, join us on Friday nights as we practice an hour of yoga, a half hour of meditation, and have an opportunity to share our experiences with kindred spirits. A rotating team of yoga and meditation teachers offer this special weekly class. A great way to start the weekend!

Sunday Nights

Lead by teacher Eugene Cash, this weekly group meets for a 40-minute period of meditation, an interactive tea break, and then a talk or discussion. Class size is between 150-200 people. Smaller groups of "Spiritual Friends" form for more intimate discussions about practice and meet once or twice a month.
