Stress Reduction at Work
Mindfulness meditation is an accessible and practical tool that decreases stress, focuses energy and attention, and nurtures health and well-being. Participants of our workplace courses will learn:
- Basics of mindfulness meditation and stress self-assessment
- How to work with an agitated mind
- Cultivating positive emotions
- Tools to aid concentration
- Bringing mindful presence to everyday life
- Learning to listen to the body
Classes take place at your company. We teach a basic five-week course, but our training can be tailored to meet your specific needs. We can also provide Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) training.
