"Sensitive to the whole body, I breathe in. Sensitive to the whole body, I breathe out."

Whole Body Breathing Daylong

Course Description

Whole body breathing is a form of mindfulness practice that emphasizes the "wise use of pleasure" in the meditative process. When the mind learns to find rest in what is nourishing and wholesome, it can more easily stay focused. By expanding our perception of the breath, we learn how to utilize it to develop calm, concentration, and insight. As we become more intimate with our breathing, we discover the possibility that each breath reveals the whole of the dharma, from suffering to the end of suffering. The day will include led meditations, talks, and periods of Q&A.
