The introductory Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Daylong course consists of a day of lead meditations, gentle movement exercises, didactic lecture, and group discussion. Please bring comfortable clothing. Yoga mats, cushions and chairs will be provided. A typical schedule is as follows:
