Bill Scheinman has been practicing meditation for 16 years and has taught it since 2001. He is the author of the book, Moment By Moment: Using Mindfulness to Reduce Stress & Cultivate Freedom in Daily Life. A graduate of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher training practicum, he teaches 8-week MBSR classes in San Francisco and Berkeley, as well as workplace courses and daylongs on mindfulness and stress reduction. He is a graduate of the Dedicated Practitioner's Program at Spirit Rock Meditation Center and is a member of the Board of the San Francisco Insight Meditation Community. |
Suvanna Cullen, M.A., has taught meditation and stress reduction since 2001 at businesses, nonprofits, San Francisco County Jail, and retreat centers, both locally and internationally. A graduate of El Camino Hospital’s Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher training practicum, she is creative director of the San Francisco Buddhist Center and a founding teacher at Stress Reduction At Work, a San Francisco-based small business dedicated to helping people develop skills that contribute to a healthier, saner world.
