About Us



Director of a San Francisco meditation center and co-founder of Stress Reduction At Work, Suvanna Cullen, M.A., has been practicing meditation for 20 years. Since 1999, she has been teaching meditation and stress reduction in a variety of settings, including corporate and nonprofit workplaces, international retreat centers, and county jails. She is a graduate of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher training practicum at El Camino Hospital in
Mountain View, California.

Co-founder of Stress Reduction At Work, Bill Scheinman has been practicing meditation since 1994 and has been the lead meditation instructor at the San Francisco County Jail since 2002. He is a graduate of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher training practicum at El Camino Hospital in Mountain View, California, and has taught stress reduction and mindfulness courses to professionals, clinicians, and community activists. He is a member of the Dedicated Practitioner's Program at Spirit Rock Meditation Center in Woodacre, California.
